How to pay

If you have a Pay Pal account, you can pay by sending payment to: lana@handmadepresents.co.uk . You can also pay by credit cards via paypal Small charges- for example if ordering only one sample- may be paid for with postage stamps.

Delivery times

We aim to send orders off within three days after receipt of orders, subject to the ordered items being in stock.

However, during busy times, please allow up to 21 days for delivery.

Please note:

Wool and animal hair are natural products. Variations in colour and structure of the hair may occur. Due to the use of natural dyeing agents in our plant dyed product range, we can not guarantee exact colour matches.
